The hiring of coaches dominated most of the personnel action at the Monday meeting of the Wauseon School Board of Education. The board accepted the resignation of Scott Hoover as varsity boys soccer coach. And they approved the following volunteer coaches: Jack Croninger and Jack Warncke as assistants in baseball, Ryan Yackee as a softball assistant, and Adam Moose as an assistant coach in track.
The Wauseon board approved the re-assignment of Mark Britsch to the school’s virtual academy teacher, moving from a 6th grade position. This position is funded through the ‘straight-A’ grant from the Ohio Department of Education.
And there was an executive session late in the meeting for employment of personnel, but there was no action taken.
