NAPOLEON PLANNING COMMISSION TO CONSIDER MARIJUANA

A public hearing is scheduled for this afternoon in Napoleon, as the city’s planning commission considers whether to continue the moratorium, which outlaws any production or retail sales of medical marijuana.  A previous moratorium on this marijuana issue is expiring, so Napoleon Council is looking for direction from the planning commission on how to proceed.  Only medical marijuana is legal for production and sale in the Buckeye State, not recreational marijuana use.  The hearing in Napoleon today is scheduled for 5pm at council chambers on West Riverview Avenue.
