PATRICK HENRY BD APPROVES LEVY RESOLUTION

A resolution of necessity was approved by the Patrick Henry school board Monday night, indicating the district needs the money from their renewal levy to continue providing services for their students.  That renewal levy would be placed on the November ballot.

The Patrick Henry board also approved personnel action, including the hiring of new girls golf coach Linda Hummer, and varsity wrestling coach Xavier Dye.                      The board accepted the resignation of Mark Giesige as custodian; and they approved a new contract for athletic training services with the Henry County Hospital at about $10,000  for the year.  The athletic boosters will be picking-up some of that cost.

And the Patrick Henry school board went into executive session to discuss employment and compensation of personnel; with no action taken.
