HENRY COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS GREENE FOR VEHICULAR HOMICIDE

The Henry County Grand Jury met this week, including close to 20 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe Gebers.

Included in the indictments was 29 year old Craig Greene, Jr. of Asheville, North Carolina, and charged with Vehicular Homicide along with Negligent Assault.It’s alleged that Greene turned his rig around on state route 110 at night, that led to a vehicle striking his rig, killing an occupant, Sandra Crandall.

45 year old Mark Osborne of Holgate was indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Methamphetamines, Tampering with Evidence, and Failing to Comply with an Officer.

And three persons were indicted for trespassing.36 year old Misty Smith of Liberty Center, 29 year old Stephen Rochefort of Wauseon, and 27 year old Justin Leveck of Wauseon were all indicted for Trespassing in a Habitation where a person was likely to be Present.They were also indicted for Breaking and Entering.
