About one-third of Ohio’s watercraft registrations will expire on March 1st. But the Ohio Department of Natural Resources reports boat-owners can register their vessels online, through the mail, or in person. Ohio watercraft registrations are valid for three years; and the online application process is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In 2012, there were nearly 433,000 registered watercraft in the Buckeye State. Over 19,000 of those registrations were handled online last year.
