Two subjects from Toledo were apprehended in Henry County today (Tues.), when they were stopped by a land owner, after filling their pickup with articles taken from a barn.  The incident occurred early this (Tue) afternoon at property along route 109, just north of the Hoy Cemetery east of Napoleon.  The items being loaded included a lawn mower, metal, floor jacks and more.   The Henry County Sheriff’s office investigated the incident; and they have charged Ronnie Davis and Jeff Davis, both from Toledo, with Breaking and Entering.   They were issued summons to court, and were released.
