A Wauseon man is headed to prison on a conviction for Domestic Violence. 39 year old Richard Siler, JR. of Wauseon pled guilty to Domestic Violence in Fulton County Common Pleas Court. Siler has 3 previous convictions for Domestic Violence; and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
23 year old Samantha Poling of Archbold pled guilty to Trespassing in a Habitation, with a person likely to be present, in a crime that occurred in Pettisville. Poling was placed on community control for two years; and was ordered to serve 3 days at CCNO, with credit for time already served. Poling was ordered to stay away from alcohol, and to complete a treatment program.
And 24 year old Jamie Spiess of Wauseon pled guilty to Receiving Stolen Property, when it was discovered that she was in possession of bronze medallions from the Wauseon Union Cemetery. Spiess was placed on community control for two years; and was ordered to make restitution of over $2,500, and to complete a treatment program.
