The Henry County Sheriff’s office investigated an injury accident Friday night near Holgate on state route 18.  The crash occurred at the railroad crossing west of town at 9:05pm, when 43 year old Kelly Ford of Hamler lost control of her vehicle on the curve approaching the railroad crossing.  Her vehicle rolled onto its top, and landed on the railroad tracks.   Ford was able to get out of the auto despite suffering injuries; before an eastbound CSX train struck the vehicle, pushing it all the way into the village of Holgate.   Kelly Ford was transported from the scene; and was taken to the Henry County Hospital by Holgate EMS.
