CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER APPEARS IN NAPOLEON MUNIC. COURT

A Napoleon man arrested earlier this week for Failing to Register a change of address as a sex offender; has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury.  24 year old Justin Rowe waived his preliminary hearing in Napoleon Municipal Court on the third degree felony charge.   Rowe was originally convicted for Sexual Conduct with a Minor; and was ordered to check-in with the court twice a week, and to maintain his residence on Sutherland Avenue in Napoleon.

 

The Fulton County Grand Jury indicted 16 persons this week, after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Scott Haselman.  Some of those indictments include 36 year old Timothy Miller of Napoleon, on a charge of Trespassing in a Habitation when a subject is likely to be present.

                        32 year old Joshua Ball of Archbold was indicted for Unauthorized use of a Vehicle.

33 year old Brandy Roberts of Wauseon was indicted for Failing to appear on a Recognizance Bond.

47 year old Julie Thomas of Delta was indicted for Possession of Cocaine.

                        26 year old Donald Cole of Wauseon was indicted for Failing to Register a Change of Address as a Sex Offender.

The Fulton County Grand Jury indictments also include 24 year old Richard Bailey of Defiance for Burglary; and 32 year old Joshua Hinkle of Wauseon for Assault.
