There’s a place where sex offenders and child molesters can get intimate information about your children, without law officers hanging over their shoulder.  It’s the Internet; and it’s utilized by children young and old almost every hour of the day.            What are the dangers in cyber space and on social media?                     Parents can learn more at a special information seminar scheduled at the Patrick Henry middle school next Tuesday, March 12^th.    

Henry County Sheriff Mike Bodenbender will be a presenter at this seminar, along with court magistrate Richard Altman.   The cyber safety seminar is Tuesday, March 12^th at the Patrick Henry middle school study-hall at 6:30pm, and it’s open to the public.  There will be a drawing for gift cards to give-away, and refreshments will be available.
