Some retirements from staff, and discussion about bids for a construction project were included in the action for the Four County Career Center school board of education. The board accepted the retirement-resignations of three instructors including: Mark Siracusa Jr. is an electrical instructor with 29 years at Four County. Darrell Miller has taught public safety for 20 years. And James Cooper has been supervisor of Career-tech since May 2007.
Following an executive session; the Four County Career Center board approved Matt Bogert on the maintenance staff.
The school calendar for 2013-14 was approved, with Four County’s opening day for students on August 19th.
And the Four County Career Center board authorized bids for the front entrance project at the school.
