The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 11 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray.   Some of those indictments include 26 year old Travis Hussey of Holgate on two felony counts of Importuning.  Authorities allege Hussey solicited to engage in sexual activity with a female juvenile through the computer or telecommnications.  The indictment further alleges that Hussey was four or more years older than the victim, who was under 16 years of age.

                        40 year old Donna Crane of Wauseon was indicted for Attempted Burglary and Endangering Children.

                        23 year old Issa Wiggins of Defiance was indicted for three counts of Burglary.

31 year old Timothy Weisgerber of Defiance was indicted for Felonious Assault, and on two counts of Endangering Children.

                        And 19 year old Joshua Weber of Defiance was indicted for Telecommunications Fraud.
