NAPOLEON MUNICIPAL COURT, MYERS TRIAL SET FOR JULY 9

Arraignments were held in Napoleon Municipal Court for two cases today (mon.)  27 year old James Lawrence of Napoleon had his initial appearance on a felony charge of Theft.   And 34 year old Stephanie Garcia of Napoleon was arraigned on a felony charge of Theft.  Both Lawrence and Garcia are scheduled back in court for preliminary hearings this week; and were released on personal recognizance bonds.

 

A new trial date has been set in the case of former Henry County Commissioner, Rich Myers of rural Liberty Center.    A pre-trial conference was held today (Mon.) in Henry County common Pleas court, where Myers is facing a felony charge of Having an unlawful interest in a Public Contract.  A jury trial for Rich Myers is scheduled for July 9th before visiting judge Randall Basinger of Putnam County.
