Bond was set at $30,000 in Napoleon Municipal Court for a Deshler man that was arrested over the weekend. 40 year old Jamie VanZandt of Deshler was arraigned on felony charges of Breaking and Entering, along with Possession of Criminal Tools. VanZandt was ordered to check-in at the probation department twice a week, if bond is posted. And he is scheduled back in court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
And 29 year old Gregory Hill of Toledo waived his preliminary hearings on felony charges of Improper Handling of a Firearm, along with Trafficking in Drugs; and was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury. Hill was released on his own recognizance; but must check-in with the probation department once per week.
