A Napoleon man has been arraigned in Municipal Court on two felony charges, after his arrest Tuesday in the city. 23 year old Raymount Moore of Napoleon had his initial appearance in court on charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity. Bond was set at $60,000 for the two counts; and Moore is scheduled back in court on Monday.
In Defiance County, a grand jury indicted 8 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray. Some of those cases include indictments against 23 year old Daniel Ramon of Defiance, on three counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Material or Performance, and two more counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor. 24 year old Allyson Lorenz of Defiance was indicted for two counts of Trafficking in Heroin, and for Possession of Heroin.
Two other subjects were indicted on two felony counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Material, and for Possession of Criminal Tools. Those indictments include 55 year old Douglas McMillen and 45 year old Gary Reed, II, both of Defiance.
