You can enter the recipe in the 6th annual Food Product Development Contest.
This is the perfect contest for those who have had an inkling to turn a cherished family food into a mass produced item for the general public.
The food industry experts will judge entries based on viability of the product, commercialization potential, business strategy, marketability and overall appeal to the marketplace.
The contest winner will receive technical and business development assistance. The product will also be produced at Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen in Bowling Green.
