Sentences were handed down in several cases from the Henry County Common Pleas Court, including two subjects charged with felony DUI’s. 19 year old Cody Riggs of Napoleon pled guilty to Robbery; and was placed on community control for 3 years. Riggs must spend 6 months at the regional jail, and pay restitution of $750.
28 year old Kari Decker of Pioneer entered guilty pleas to felony charges of Attempted Burglary and Forgery.
38 year old Randy Belmares of Holgate was found Guilty of Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated. Judge John Collier sentenced Belmares to 3 years of community control, and a jail term of 120 days. His driver’s license was suspended for the rest of his life, and Belmares was ordered to pay a fine of $1,350.
24 year old Benjamin Behnfeldt of Napoleon pled guilty to Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the Influence. Behnfeldt was placed on community control for five years; and was ordered to serve 60 days at the regional jail. He must pay a fine of $1,350, and Behnfeldt had his driver’s license suspended for 5 years.
And 30 year old Brian Cutlip of Napoleon was granted judicial release from prison, after serving time for Burglary along with Breaking and Entering. Cutlip was placed on community control for three years.
