More sentences were handed down in Henry County Common Pleas Court over the past few weeks. Chad Morehead of Napoleon was placed on community control for three years, after his guilty plea to Burglary. Morehead must spend 120 days at the regional jail, and pay restitution.
Julie Rittenhouse of Napoleon admitted to violations of community control, after her conviction for Trafficking in Heroin. A disposition hearing has been scheduled in the weeks ahead.
Brook Emerling of Napoleon was denied judicial release from prison, after she was convicted for Trafficking in Cocaine.
Daniel Fonseca, Jr. of Napoleon was ordered to complete his original prison term of 6 years on a conviction for Aggravated Robbery.
And Nicholas Ingle of Napoleon was placed on community control for three years, after his conviction on a charge of Possession of Drugs. Ingle also had his driver’s license suspended for one year.
