Sentences were handed down in several cases from Henry County Common Pleas Court recently. Jason Hohenberger of Holgate pled guilty to Aggravated Menacing, and was placed on community control for two years. Hohenberger must spend 30 days at CCNO, and pay a fine of $1,000.
John Sleigh of Napoleon was convicted of Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Material, and was classified as a Tier-1 Sex Offender. Sleigh was placed on community control for 5 years, and was ordered to serve 90 days at the regional jail.
27 year old Bailey Snyder of McClure pled guilty to Trafficking in Marijuana. Snyder will spend 2 years on community control, and was granted Treatment in Lieu of a Conviction.
And 21 year old Jessey Ramey of Napoleon pled guilty to violating terms of community control from a previous crime. Ramey was continued on community control, and was ordered to serve 30 days at CCNO.
