The Fulton County Grand Jury indicted 12 persons this week after cases were presented by Prosecuting Attorney Scott Haselman. Some of those indictments include: 57 year old Candice Sherman of Delta was indicted for Attempted Aggravated Murder, and for Attempted Murder.
39 year old Chad Estep of Wauseon was indicted for Assault.
30 year old Justin Roth of Archbold was indicted for Illegal Manufacture of Drugs.
26 year old Christopher Blake of Wauseon was indicted for Possession of Heroin.
The Fulton County grand jury indictments also include 52 year old Samuel Jaramillo of Fayette on three counts of Illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, 3 counts of Pandering Obscenities involving a Minor, and Trafficking in Marijuana.
21 year old Curtis Stanley and 23 year old Jacob Baker, both of Delta, were each indicted for Burglary.
And 40 year old Angela Buckbee of Wauseon was indicted for 6 counts of Tampering with Records, and for one count of Grand Theft.
In another case from Fulton County common pleas court, 20 year old Nikia McCall, Jr. of Wauseon pled guilty to Trafficking in Drugs; and was placed on community control for two years. McCall was ordered to serve 4 days at the regional jail, to pay restitution, and to stay away from alcohol. A six-month driver’s license suspension was also imposed by the court.
