In a Fulton County jury trial, 33 year old Joshua Hinkle of Wauseon was convicted of Assault on a Peace Officer. Visiting Judge John Collier ordered Hinkle to be placed on community control for three years, and to abide by a curfew. Hinkle must stay away from alcohol, and complete the SEARCH program in Bowling Green. And if he violates terms of community control, a one year prison term could be imposed.
In Napoleon Municipal Court, 25 year old Angel Cranston of Napoleon was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge of Theft. Cranston waived the preliminary hearing, and remains free on a personal recognizance bond.
And 48 year old Kathy Jovanovic of Bryan was arraigned on a felony charge of Assault. Jovanovic is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Thursday.
