The Napoleon man charged with three counts of sexual offenses has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury. 57 year old Daniel Gonzales of Napoleon waived his preliminary hearings on a charge of Rape, and two more counts of Gross Sexual Imposition. Those charges stem from an investigation in the city of Napoleon, involving alleged offenses against children ages 10, 11, and 12.
In another case, 48 year old Kathy Jovanovich of Bryan entered a plea of guilty to a misdemeanor charge of Theft. Jovanovich was ordered to serve 180 days at CCNO, with credit for 85 already served.
Bond was set at $30,000 for 63 year old Robert Robertson of Liberty Center, after his arraignment in Municipal Court on three felony charges of Gross Sexual Imposition. Robertson is scheduled back in court for a preliminary hearing on September 5th; and was ordered to have no unsupervised contact with children under the age of 18.
And 23 year old David Bidlack, III of Napoleon was bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge of Failing to register a Change of Address as a sex offender.
