A couple of felony cases scheduled for Napoleon Municipal Court this week have been amended. 19 year old Kelli Hopkins, and 18 year old Katie Hopkins-both of Napoleon, were originally charged with felony two burglary. But following the amendments in court, the two Hopkins teens were found guilty of misdemeanor charges of Criminal Damaging instead. Each of the defendants was ordered to spend 90 days at the regional jail, and to pay restitution and court costs.
In another case, 49 year old John Suber of Deshler was arraigned on a felony charge of Domestic Violence. Suber is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Thursday, and was placed on GPS house-arrest.
